Drh. M. Thoriq Ihza Farizqi

One day, while taking his cat to get vaccinated, drh. Thoriq first became aware of the veterinary profession, a moment that led him to become a small animal practitioner. Today, drh. Thoriq has a special interest in veterinary ophthalmology and internal medicine. He actively pursues further training, including the Basic Ophthalmology webinar series and workshop with the Association of Veterinary Ophthalmology Indonesia (AOVI), and a seminar on feline ulcers and conjunctivitis with the Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH). drh. Thoriq is also skilled in basic eye examinations, including slit lamp and funduscopy. This grounding in ophthalmology helps drh. Thoriq detect eye conditions in animals early, giving pet parents peace of mind about their companion's vision health. drh. Thoriq completed his Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine at Universitas Airlangga in 2022 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the same university in 2024. He has been a junior veterinarian at Modernvet Animal Hospitals in Jakarta since November 2024. Born and raised in Surabaya, drh. Thoriq spends his time outside clinical hours playing and composing music, reading books, and following current events to keep his life balanced.
