drh. Imelda has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and dentistry in small animals, backed by four years of experience managing both chronic and acute cases. She continues to build her skills through ongoing training, including a hematology and blood transfusion seminar in Jakarta, the Dermatology Vetsminar Series with the Indonesian Veterinary Medical Association (PDHI) West Java II Branch, a skin flap management workshop with IPB Training, and the VPAT Regional Veterinary Congress in Bangkok, Thailand. This foundation allows drh. Imelda to manage surgical and dental procedures with care, while building the kind of positive, trusting relationships with pet parents that help them feel at ease entrusting their companion's care to her. drh. Imelda completed her Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine at Universitas Hasanuddin in Makassar and her professional veterinary education at Universitas Syiah Kuala in Banda Aceh, graduating in 2018. Before joining Modernvet Animal Hospitals in 2022, she practiced for four years at several veterinary hospitals and clinics in Jakarta. Born and raised in Tana Toraja, she now lives and practices in Jakarta.
