Client Conduct & Service Policy

By using the modernvet app and booking our services, you agree to:

 

  • Treat all modernvet staff with respect and professionalism.

  • ⁠Comply with clinic policies, including appointment protocols, consent procedures, and timely payments.

  • ⁠Provide complete and honest information about your pet, without waiting to be asked, and to trust our veterinarians’ medical judgment. You also agree to follow all veterinary instructions given for the wellbeing of your pet.

  • Grant authority to the attending veterinarian to make necessary medical decisions based on your pet’s condition, and understand that all procedures will be performed according to professional standards. You agree not to pursue legal claims for risks that may arise from such procedures, as long as they are done in accordance with veterinary ethics and standards.

 

modernvet reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services if a client engages in:

 

  • Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment toward any member of our staff

  • Repeated failures (non-compliance) to follow our clinic protocols or procedures

  • Defamatory statements, intimidation, or behavior that endangers staff or disrupts service

  • We are committed to ethical care, kindness, and safety for every pet, client, and team member.
