I was born and raised in Surabaya in a family that always had pets at home. Our dog Ernie, a Jack Russell Terrier, was the one who inspired me to pursue veterinary medicine. My first real exposure to the field came during a one-week internship at a veterinary clinic while I was still in high school. A few years later, I enrolled in the International Program at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Airlangga. During my third year of undergraduate study, I was awarded an Erasmus Plus scholarship to spend a year on exchange at VetAgro Sup in Lyon, France, where I completed clinical rotations in small animal, large animal, and equine medicine. I was also fortunate to participate in a one-month veterinary microbiology internship in Bangkok, Thailand, through a collaboration between Universitas Airlangga and Chulalongkorn University. I began my professional veterinary education in 2023, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of species. In my free time, I love travelling with my family.
