drh. Carolina's interest in small animal medicine grew during her time at Universitas Gadjah Mada, where she was active in student organizations focused on small animals and discovered her passion for working with dogs and cats. Today, drh. Carolina has a special interest in internal medicine and dermatology, supported by training in abdominal ultrasonography, radiograph interpretation, endoscopy, and emergency pet care. She has completed a range of advanced dermatology training, including the Zoetis Early Experience Dermatology Program and an EAVS certification in dermatology knowledge and skills, along with abdominal ultrasound and small animal CT scan workshops with Dr. Chee Kin Lim. This combination of diagnostic and dermatology expertise allows drh. Carolina to detect and manage skin and internal conditions more thoroughly, giving pet parents peace of mind that their companion's health is in careful hands. drh. Carolina completed both her undergraduate and professional veterinary degrees at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), one of Indonesia's leading veterinary schools, graduating in 2017. After graduating, she practiced for six years at a veterinary clinic in Semarang as a polyclinic veterinarian, where she developed her interest in dermatology and imaging before joining Modernvet Animal Hospitals. Born in Jakarta and raised in Semarang, drh. Carolina enjoys communicating with pet parents and collaborating with them to provide the best possible care for their pets. She hopes to continue growing alongside her team for the benefit of pet parents and their companions.
