Born and raised in Bogor, West Java, I have had an interest in animals since school and was actively involved in the field of wildlife and exotic animals.. I completed my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at IPB University in 2010 and chose to pursue a career in conservation institutions and exotic animals, working at Sinka Zoo in Singkawang, West Kalimantan; Animal Sanctuary Trust Indonesia in Gadog, Bogor, West Java; Taman Mini Indonesia Indah in Jakarta; and Jagat Satwa Nusantara, also in Jakarta.

I am currently focusing on Avian, Reptile, and Exotic Animal Medicine, practicing at a clinic dedicated to exotic animals. With more than 14 years of experience managing conservation institutions, I have held various strategic roles, starting as a veterinarian and eventually serving as a general manager. I have been invited as a speaker in various veterinary workshops and seminars, as well as other wildlife-related activities. I also serve as a consultant for avian & reptile breeding facilities and wildlife export–import companies, teach Wildlife Health at the POLBANGTAN Bogor, and am actively involved as Head of Education and Training at the Indonesian Zoo Association (PKBSI). Additionally, I serve as the national studbook keeper for the Wreathed Hornbill, appointed by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia.

I continue to be deeply committed to lifelong learning and seek opportunities that further challenge and enhance my professional expertise in veterinary medicine, especially in the areas of exotic and wildlife species.
